  • In order to reserve your spot(s) at camp, you must submit the following:

    1. Registration form (this one!)
    2. A Health Record form for each family member attending
    3. The 2020 Waiver Form for each family member attending. Each parent/guardian needs to submit their own waiver form.

If you wish to register for Spring Family Camp, your form must be completed by Monday March 16, 2020. NOTE: We will begin selecting campers for their desired sessions on Monday, March 16.

Our camps have limited spots, and they fill up fast! We will still accept registration forms on or after the due date above, but you will be placed on the waitlist for your desired camps until spots become available. Once you are confirmed, or placed on the waitlist, you will receive an email from us with additional camp information, such as packing lists, transportation details, etc.

Camp Trillium does not provide any transportation for this program.
  • Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the camp dates? Click here for the full list of camp dates for this year. We will also display all of these options for you later in this form.

  • What if I need/want to make changes later?
No problem. Send us an email at reception@camptrillium.com, or call us at 1 (888) 999-2267, and we will update your information.

  • The information may change on our health records before camp, so can we just send the health records closer to the summer?
We know that health information changes, especially for those campers on active treatment. However, we ask that you complete the records and return it with the registration. This ensures that we have the appropriate information to prepare for you and your child’s stay at camp. Please contact the office if any health information changes. You will receive a phone call one to two weeks prior to your program, and at that time you can speak to the Camp Director and/or Camp Nurse.
