Our Camp Programs

"Medicine cured my child. Camp Trillium cured my family." - Camp Parent

Throughout the year, Camp Trillium offers over 54 different programs each year, all at no cost to our campers. These programs include week-long (or longer) traditional summer programs, to weekend camps in the spring and fall, community based programs and those based out of the various children’s cancer clinics across the province of Ontario.

If you would like to attend a Camp Trillium program, you must register before that programs registration deadline. A full list of upcoming dates for camp sessions and information about signing up can be found by clicking here. Also, if you wish to receive a copy of these forms via mail, please contact us.

How to Sign Up

You can register for our programs by filling out our online sign-up forms. There are two types of forms you need to register:

  1. An online registration form, depending on which program you would like to sign up for
  2. A health profile for each family member attending camp.

Registration for Fall Camp is now open! We will be offering both Family Weekend Camps and Teen Weekend Camps in the months of September to November.

Health Forms

In addition to the registration forms, you must also fill out health forms for each family member attending camp before we will consider your application. Once you fill out your health form, we will continue to use those forms for any camp sessions within the next 365 days, at which point you will need to fill them out again.

Any health forms that are completed now will apply to all programs in 2018. We strongly encourage anyone who is planning on attending programs during that time to complete their health forms as soon as possible.
